WEIGHT LOSS: Follow me through my 3 week journey

I am super fat! Ugh! The truth hurts but it is the truth, the best way to overcome it is to fight it. Basically, I am eating a low fat diet but I am keeping healthy carbs and proteins in my plate. Skimmed milk, cod fish, lentils, apples, Weetabix, Kelloggs K and bran bread are what make up my diet nowadays, I try to inculcate healthy keto recipes in my diet too like 90 second keto bread or just eating lean protein. I think I have lost around 1-1.5 pounds in 2 weeks because I don't cut out a lot of food because I am in my growing years. Lets grow together and become healthier!
